Samples are then prepared and shipped for your review and approval before any bulk order is confirmed.

Quality Inspection

Before any order is finalized, our quality team conducts a rigorous inspection of the products. Order Finalization
Clear terms. No surprises.
Once samples are approved and quality is confirmed, we finalize the commercial terms — unit pricing, total order value, payment terms, lead time, and delivery terms (FOB / CIF / other Incoterms as agreed). A formal purchase order and proforma invoice are issued. All terms are transparent and agreed before production begins.

Packaging & Documentation

We handle all export packaging and documentation — designed to meet international shipping standards and your destination country's import requirements. This includes export-grade packaging, product labeling, packing lists, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and any other documentation required for customs clearance at your end.

Export & Delivery
Tracked from India to your door
Goods are loaded and dispatched as per the agreed shipping schedule. We coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to ensure timely departure. You receive all shipping documents and tracking information. We remain available to support customs clearance queries at your end and follow up until your shipment is confirmed delivered.
